Use paper as a resist medium for a bold design on your slab built cup. You’ll start the session by rolling a slab of clay that you’ll use to hand build a cup. Templates will be available for use if you prefer, or be bold and create your own shape! When the cup is solidly constructed, you’ll cut shapes of paper to place a design on the cup. When these are applied to the cup, you’ll brush white slip over the red clay. Peel away the paper to reveal the bold contrast!
Leave your project to dry, and it will be glazed and fired for you. Ready for pick up in 3 weeks.
Great for those who have worked with clay before, but all levels are welcome
