Stripes this way and that! These bowls make passing the carrots a lot more fun! They're larger than a standard cereal bowl, holding about 3-4 cups. It's a versatile size to use either as a large bowl for an individual or a small serving bowl.
These bowls are lovingly hand made. I throw the bowls on the pottery wheel.
I create the stripes using a glaze resist. The brown lines between the colors are bare clay, creating a tactile component to using the bowl.
When it’s time to clean, hand wash or place in the dishwasher.
I personally make each piece in small town Indiana, USA. It’s a joy to handcraft each item.
